Directions from Durban
Approximately 276 km
Proceed on the N2 North, past Tongaat, Stanger, Empangeni, Mtubatuba and Bushlands to Hluhluwe.
Take the Sodwanna Bay / Hluhluwe off-ramp. It is also sign posted as Zululand Tree Lodge. At the top of the off-ramp, turn right on to the P453 over the N2 flyover. Travel a further 2.5 km and you will see the Ubizane Wildlife Reserve’s Entrance Gate on your left.

Approximately 560km
Proceed on the Witbank Freeway (N4) towards Middleburg. At Middleburg take the N11 to Ermelo. At Ermelo take the R29 to Piet Retief, Pongola, (the R29 becomes the N2) to Mkuze and Hluhluwe.
Take the Sodwanna Bay / Hluhluwe off-ramp. It is also sign posted as Zululand Tree Lodge. At the top of the off-ramp, turn Right on to the P453 over the N2 flyover. Travel a further 2.5 km and you will see the Ubizane Wildlife Reserve’s Entrance Gate on your left.
